(There are only 3 available slots per teacher. So, get yourself and students booked ASAP!) DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS SEPT 9th at 11:59pm!!

Hello, everyone!

WHAT:

SUPER FUN, SUPER FALL FESTIVAL OPEN MIC EVENT 

WHEN:

Saturday, September 21st at 2:00pm

WHERE:

Cascade Voice Academy, 38210 SE 92nd St, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

WHO:

All Tahoma NATS members and 3 of their students (could be more, depending on number of participating teachers)

WHAT SHOULD I BRING/PREPARE:

-One song (solo/duet/group number) that you LOVE and want to share

-Your Sheet music in the right key or a backing track. All sheet music should be printed double sided, marked with any changes or instructions, and hole-punched

-A dish to share (i.e. potluck picnic style)

-Lawn chairs

-Lots of cheering and support for all the performers. (It’s never easy to get up in front of a group. Please keep all comments positive. Let us teachers work on touch-ups during lessons later!)

-Your smile and willingness to have a great time!!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!   

Something that makes you feel great! Remember you’re going onstage. Give yourself time to pick something out and get ready, so that you feel really confident and calm!

SOME DETAILS TO SHARE WITH STUDENTS:

-Even if you aren’t performing, feel free to come on by, dance, eat, party, and support the other artists!

-Please stay to watch and support the other musicians who are performing before and after you perform.

-Please arrive warmed up.

-Bring a copy of your sheet music or backing track, just in case.
